Rise & Grind Fitness was founded by Rochelle Belle Isle in order to help women & men over Brisbane reach their full potential through exercise and nutrition. Coming from an unhealthy and overweight background herself, she understands the emotional and physical hurdles you encounter through your weight loss journey. With this insight and her qualifications in Fitness and nutrition through The Human Performance Centre, she believes she can help guide in the right direction!
Rise & Grind Fitness offers a range of services including outdoor Bootcamps, one-on-one or semi-private personal training all over Brisbane, customised nutrition plans and online training programs. Rise & Grind Fitness is suitable for of all age groups (15+) with our 1-on-1 training programs and boot camps catering for all ages and fitness levels, whether you are at the beginning of your fitness journey or an elite athlete.
