Our Rise & Grind boot camps are a fun yet challenging way to stay fit and healthy all year round. Our sessions are designed for men & women to burn fat, build lean muscle & gain strength, keeping your metabolism constantly at its peak while enjoying the fresh air and having fun.
Our sessions include high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength (weights) and boxing! At Rise & Grind Fitness no session is ever the same! New sessions are designed for each individual class, which keeps your body constantly guessing and changing.
We cater for all fitness levels, whether you are at the beginning of your fitness journey or are simply trying to change up your current routine.
Our Boot Camps are held at Carindale Recreational reserve across the road from the Carindale Westfield shopping centre (27 Cadogan street). Each session runs for 45 minutes, as these sessions are high intensity 45 minutes is all you need to achieve maximum results!
