We train to suit your needs and put you first! Incorporating training styles you pick and enjoy (such as weights, boxing etc), while still hitting your fitness goals.
We provide one-on-one or semi-private mobile personal training sessions in your own home! or a park in your neighbourhood. This cutting travel times and costs and making you feel more comfortable. If you would prefer we didn't travel to you, then we also hold sessions at our base- Carindale Recreational Reserve. Semi-private group training starting as little as $30 per person per 45min session! Grab a friend or a few and work out together!
