One-on-one personal training is a great way to further reach your fitness goals, as we find out exactly what you are trying to achieve and tailor each workout to these specific goals. Rochelle believes in specificity training, meaning you will be training using specific tools and techniques for the body you want! Whether it is you are trying to loose or gain weight, increase muscle size, loose stubborn fat, increase speed and agility, training for a competition, sport or even a special event.
We provide one-on-one or semi-private mobile personal training sessions held at your home (we come to you!) or held at Carindale Recreational Reserve. The mobile service is available for both one-on-one and semi-private training, though may incur a travel fee depending on where you are situated.
