Each class runs for 45 minutes. A towel, water bottle & exercise matt will be required for each class. Boxing gloves will be required for boxing sessions & a set of dumbbells/hand weights will be required for our strength sessions. All other equipment will be provided.
45 minutes of stress relief! Hit the pads hard & box out your days worries. Using boxing combos, body weight movements, kettle-bells & more to leave you covered in sweat & feeling amazing!
45 minutes of High intensity interval training. Use battle-ropes, kettle-bells, sandbags, explosive body weight movements, sprints & slam balls for the most fat burning workout yet!
45 minutes of weights training. Use dumbbells, kettle bells & barbells to strengthen, tone & sculpt your entire body. Weight training is essential for you to shape your body & improve your overall strength!
